We don't grow food.
We grow the people
who grow food.

For over thirty years, Hudson Plaza 94 has been the Saturday morning heartbeat of the St. Croix Valley — a gathering place where local growers, artisans, and neighbors meet over soil-stained hands and shared tables.

Rooted in the
St. Croix Valley

Hudson Plaza 94 Farmers Market began with a simple conviction: that the best food comes from people who know their land, and the best community comes from sharing a meal. What started as a handful of neighbors selling surplus garden produce has grown into one of the St. Croix Valley's most anticipated Saturday traditions.

Today, our market brings together over sixty local vendors — farmers, bakers, butchers, floral designers, and craftspeople — each one committed to quality, sustainability, and the kind of craftsmanship that can't be rushed. Every item on our stalls has a name, a farm, and a story.

A market that changes with the seasons

Every week brings something new — from the first strawberries of May to the root cellars of October. Here's what makes each season distinct.

Spring produce at Hudson farmers market
May – June

Spring Awakening

Early greens, rhubarb, asparagus, and the first eggs from free-range flocks. Our spring vendors set up with the urgency of people who know the season won't wait.

Summer market produce
July – August

Summer Abundance

Heirloom tomatoes, sweet corn, berries, herbs, and honey in every variety. This is when the market fills to capacity and the lines stretch past the tents.

Fall harvest at farmers market
September – October

Fall Harvest

Apples, squash, preserved goods, and seasonal baked goods. Our fall vendors specialize in everything that keeps through winter — jams, pickles, and cider.

Community
by design

Hudson Plaza 94 is where neighbors become friends over a loaf of sourdough. It's where kids learn where carrots actually come from. It's where the St. Croix Valley comes together every Saturday morning, rain or shine, to do what comes naturally: gather, trade, and share.

We host cooking demos, kids' activities, and seasonal celebrations throughout the market season. Check our social channels or call ahead to see what's planned for your next visit.
